By using Beat-Labs.club, you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms, please do not access and/or use Beat-Labs.club.

Beat-Labs.club reserves the right to change these terms at any time. You should check these terms regularly. Your continued use of Beat-Labs.club after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

3. Description of Service

Beat-Labs.club provides a platform to connect Electronic Music Production Teachers with students. We do not guarantee the availability of any teacher or lesson at any particular time.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to use Beat-Labs.club for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website for any of the following:

• Fraudulent activities.
• Infringing on the rights of others.
• Distributing harmful content, such as viruses.
• Spamming or unauthorized advertising.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments for lessons, courses, and digital products, including samples, presets, and books, must be made through the available payment methods. Refunds are only available under the conditions specified in our Refund Policy.

For every purchase made on the platform, including lessons, courses, and items from the shop (such as samples, books, or presets), a platform fee of 10% will be charged, in addition to the payment processor's fee, currently 3.5% + 20p, as per Stripe's pricing.

Teacher payouts are processed through their connected Stripe accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Beat-Labs.club, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Beat-Labs.club or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beat-Labs.club is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided on the website.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Beat-Labs.club at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the website, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Teacher Agreement

This section outlines the agreement between Beat-Labs.club ("Platform") and the teachers ("Teacher") who provide electronic music lessons to students via the Platform.

11.1 Responsibilities of the Teacher

• The Teacher is responsible for creating, providing, and delivering lessons to students through the Platform.
• The Teacher must ensure that all content provided is original or has the necessary rights and licenses for distribution.
• The Teacher agrees to respond to student inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• The Teacher must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to intellectual property, copyright, and privacy laws.

11.2 Payment and Fees

• The Platform processes all orders and charges customers on behalf of the Teacher. This ensures a secure and efficient payment experience for both parties.
• The Teacher agrees that the Platform charges a fee of 10% of each transaction, in addition to the payment processor's fee, which is currently 3.5% + 20p per transaction. Please note that these fees are subject to change as per Stripe's pricing.
• Payouts to Teachers are processed through Stripe. To receive payouts, Teachers must connect their account to Stripe and provide accurate payment details.
• Currently, no VAT is charged on payments made through the Platform. This may change if VAT becomes applicable in the future.

11.3 Termination and Removal

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or remove a Teacher from the Platform at its discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these terms or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

11.4 Governing Law

This Teacher Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Both the Platform and the Teacher agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
